Companies move away from Email and toward social messaging.
Last year I posted my experience that “Email is for old People” stating that we as a society are moving away from email as the primary form of communication. Now entire companies are moving away from email and toward social communication as the alternative.
Here is the data the folks over at Business Insider gathered in their recent study.
